Terms of Service

You create search agents with the job titles, locations and filters you care about. We watch publicly available job postings for you, rank the ones that match, and alert you:

• Notifications in the iOS and Android apps, email digests, and Telegram messages if you connect it
• AI summaries and filtering so postings that do not fit never reach you
• Tools to save, track and manage the jobs you want
• A resume builder and CoApply, which tailor a resume to a specific posting

To use FindMeJobs you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Give accurate account information and keep it current
• Keep your password to yourself and your account secure
• Tell us straight away if someone else gets into it
• Accept responsibility for what happens under it

One account per person. Do not open extra accounts to get around trial or plan limits.

3.1 Free Trial

New accounts get a 7 day free trial with the full feature set. No card is required to start it. One trial per person.

3.2 The Subscription

• FindMeJobs costs $4.99 USD a week. It is an auto-renewing subscription.
• You are charged when you subscribe, and again every week at the start of each new week, until you cancel.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Subscriptions started before September 2026 keep their original monthly price and plan.
• We can change the price with 30 days notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it.

3.3 Where You Buy It

Subscriptions are sold on findmejobs.co only. They are not an in-app purchase. Apple and Google are not parties to your purchase, do not process your payment, and cannot cancel or refund it. Your App Store or Google Play account is never charged for FindMeJobs.

3.4 Cancelling

Cancel any time from Profile on findmejobs.co. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep full access until the end of the week you already paid for. Cancelling during the trial costs you nothing. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.

3.5 Refunds

Weeks already started are non-refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. If something went wrong, email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the FindMeJobs app on devices you own or control, for your own job search. You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, modify or reverse engineer it.

• The App Store Terms of Service and the Google Play Terms of Service apply to your download and use of the app, alongside these Terms. Where they conflict on that subject, theirs win.
• These Terms are between you and FindMeJobs, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and are not responsible for any claim you may have about it.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms as they apply to the iOS app, and may enforce them against you.
• You are responsible for your device, your data plan and any carrier charges.
• Push notifications are optional. You choose whether to allow them, and you can turn them off in your device settings or in Profile at any time.

Do not:

• Use FindMeJobs for anything illegal
• Share your account or resell access to it
• Copy, scrape, republish or resell the job data we show you
• Reverse engineer the service, or build a competing product from it
• Automate access beyond the tools we provide, or overload our systems
• Try to reach accounts, data or systems that are not yours
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or anyone else's personal information
• Use the service to send spam
• Misrepresent yourself to an employer using material generated here

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, that does not pay, or that puts the service or other users at risk.

Your resumes and everything else you upload stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, show them back to you, and process them to deliver the features you asked for, including tailoring a resume to a posting.

AI writes and scores. It also gets things wrong. Read anything generated for you before you send it to an employer. You are responsible for what you submit, and for it being true.

We collect publicly available job postings, without signing in to anything, and use them only to run the search and alert service. Postings and their content remain the property of whoever published them.

We are not the employer, not a recruiter, and not a party to your application. We do not guarantee that a posting is still open, accurate, or genuine, and we do not guarantee an interview, an offer or a job.

By turning on a channel you agree to receive automated messages on it. Each one can be turned off on its own in Profile, and app notifications can also be revoked in your device settings. Service messages about your account, your trial and your billing are not optional while you have an account.

If you connect Telegram, we send your alerts through Telegram and their terms and privacy policy apply to that delivery.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, in the app or on the website. It cancels your subscription and removes your search agents, saved jobs, resumes, uploaded files and login. This cannot be undone, and there is no refund for the rest of the week you paid for.

We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and invoice records. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

We work to keep FindMeJobs running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or retire any part of it, and we will give reasonable notice of anything significant.

FindMeJobs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that job information is accurate, complete or current, that every matching job reaches you, or that the service is error free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMeJobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes belong to the courts of Ontario, Canada. If the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those rights still stand.
