Where this data comes from
Employers on these pages are matched against the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub, the government record of who actually filed petitions and how many were approved. We count initial plus continuing approvals for the most recent published fiscal year and list an employer once they clear five.
We do not infer sponsorship from job descriptions. Postings that mention sponsorship are overwhelmingly saying they will not offer it, so a keyword match there would list the wrong companies. Where a posting does state it will not sponsor, we drop it from these pages.
Two limits worth knowing. Approved petitions in a past year are not a promise to sponsor a specific role today. And an employer missing from these pages has not necessarily refused to sponsor: we may simply have failed to match our name for them to their legal filing name.
